ABOUT THE COMPANY
AAmagin Property Group is an economically disadvantaged HUB Zone business real estate development enterprise. The owners of AAmagin Property Group are W J Belton Company, LLC and SunQuest Properties, Inc.
AAmagin Property Group’s Mission is to develop under-served communities by providing decent affordable housing and create economic opportunities that fulfill unmet citizen’s needs for goods and services, offer new jobs and strengthen economic base of each community while promoting commercial revitalization which will stimulate financial investment.
AAmagin Property Group was formed in 2003 to focus the resources, capacity, skill, experience, industry contacts of key principals and their affiliates. Will J. Belton of Baton Rouge and Ralph and William “Bill” Brockman of Monroe collectively bring AAmagin Property Group over forty years of diverse experience that include asset management, real estate development, property management, construction management, brokerage and consulting.
During the 2008 fiscal year, AAmagin Property Group closed and funded six (6) single family residential affordable and mix income housing rental development projects for lease-to-own home ownership opportunities in its portfolio; within excess of $40 Million Dollars total development cost, which included approximately $28 Million Dollars of tax credit equity and other hard and soft debt. Consequently, AAmagin Property has under construction five separate projects in five (5) separate jurisdictions in the State of Louisiana, as well as completion and full occupancy of one multi-family property.
ABOUT THE DEVELOPER
Will J. Belton, President of AAmagin Property Group has over 15 years experience in the development of affordable housing and other real estate properties. He has been developer, principal or consultant for 1,973 units valued at $216 Million since 1994, including a providing consulting for a 452 unit Ritz Carlton Hotel, New Orleans.
Ralph Brockman and William “Bill” Brockman are co-owners of SunQuest Properties, Inc. managing over forty two (42) properties consisting of over 3400+ units located throughout the State of Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. Ralph Brockman is the owner and general partner of many properties managed by SunQuest. Ralph Brockman has been a real estate developer and contractor for over 28 years. Through related companies he has developed and constructed apartments in excess of $50 Million Dollars. Bill Brockman is an attorney (Mississippi) and has been active in real estate for 20 years.
